What We Do
Full system scanning across all modules
Engine, transmission, ABS/braking systems, airbags, body electronics, climate controls, infotainment, power steering modules, we interrogate them all for faults.
Live data & sensor tracing
Capturing real-time data (voltages, temperatures, pressures, signal frequency) to spot readings that stray from expected patterns.
Freeze frame & historical fault capture
Some errors occur briefly. We examine stored freeze-frame data and event history to capture transient faults that might not show now.
Code analysis & correlation
Rather than simply reading “P0302: cylinder 2 misfire,” we map interconnected codes to see if they point to a wiring issue, ECM bug or a failed component.
Wiring/communication diagnostics
Where modules “talk” (CAN, LIN, FlexRay, etc.), we test continuity, resistance, signal integrity and bus errors.
Component activation and guided testing
We command sensors, actuators, valves or components under controlled conditions to confirm they behave as expected.
Calibration & reprogramming where needed
After part replacement or updates, we can reprogram module parameters, calibrate sensors, and adapt new components.
Post-repair verification & validation
Once repair is done, we retest systems across their operating range to confirm stability and that the fault will not return.
