What We Do
High-voltage diagnostics & safety protocols
We use dedicated diagnostic scanners designed for hybrid/electric systems, and strictly adhere to high-voltage safety procedures.
Battery health & state-of-charge analysis
We assess individual cell voltages, pack balance, thermal performance, and degradation patterns.
Inverter, motor & control module servicing
We inspect and repair the electronics that manage the flow between battery and drivetrain.
Thermal/cooling system checks
The cooling of battery, inverter, and electronics is critical; we test coolant flow, leakage, and fan/pump operation.
Regenerative braking & brake system calibration
Regenerative braking places different demands on the brake system; we ensure the switch between regenerative and mechanical braking is seamless.
Charging system & port inspections
We check the health of charging ports, cabling, connectors, insulation, and communications.
Software updates & module calibration
Many EVs and hybrids receive performance or efficiency improvements via over-the-air or workshop updates; we ensure modules are running the latest stable firmware.
